A counter affidavit has been filed today on behalf of the respondent Bank in which it is stated that the Bank has already taken action under Section 13(4) of the Securitization and Reconstruction of Financial Assets & Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002 (hereinafter referred to as the "SARFAESI Act 2002") and a challenge made to the action of the Bank by the
