The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged against the petitioner that he got appointed on the post of Special Survey Amin on the basis of forged and fabricated documents.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner has already been terminated from the service in pursuance to the order of Directorate

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.35470 of 2022(2) dt.29-11-2022 2/2 of Land Records and Survey, Government of Bihar vide Memo No. 4468 dated 15.12.2021.

In the facts and circumstance of the case, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousands) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sheohar in connection with Sheohar P.S. Case No. 14 of 2022, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
