Petitioner and two other persons were arrested and two motor cycles were recovered from the possession of the petitioner and his two associates. Petitioner is in jail custody since 31.5.2014. No doubt, petitioner carries criminal antecedent but considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sub divisional Judicial Magistrate, Raxaul at Motihari, East Champaran in Raxaul P.S. Case no. 128/2014.
