At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would be preferring an appeal before the learned Divisional Commissioner, Tirhut Division, Muzaffarpur, hence, the learned Divisional Commissioner, Tirhut Division, Muzaffarpur, be directed to consider the appeal / revision of the petitioner and dispose it of expeditiously.

The learned counsel for the RespondentState, Sri Alok Ranjan (AC to AAG-5), has got no objection.

Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to prefer appropriate appeal / revision against the decision of the District Level Selection Committee headed by the District Magistrate, Muzaffarpur and in case, appropriate appeal / revision is filed within a period of four weeks from today, the same shall be considered on merits and disposed of in accordance with law, by a reasoned and a
