The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Giriyak P. S. Case No. 269 of 2015 registered under Sections 171(3), 272, 273, 419, 420, 467, 468, 471 and 188 of the Indian Penal Code and 47(a) of the Excise Act.

It is contended by the learned counsel for the petitioner that no recovery or seizure of liquor was made in presence of the petitioner and merely on the basis of conjectures and surmises, he has been implicated in the present case. Be that as it may, regard being had to the nature of allegation, the petitioner, who is in custody since 25.04.2016, is

No.21554 of 2016 (2) dt.19-05-2016 2/2 directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Nalanda at Biharsharif in Giriyak P. S. Case No. 269 of 2015.
