2. The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 127(1), 115(2), 76, 109, 352, 351(2), 3(5) of B.N.S.
3. The prosecution case is that six FIR named persons including the present petitioners went to the informant's house variously armed with sticks, bricks and stones and started demolishing the house and upon protest, they all started abusing the informant and Manju Devi. There is further allegation on Nishu Kumar and Suman Saurabh who are present two petitioners along with one Vineet Kumar that they even misbehaved with Manju Devi and also tried to assault her.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that it would be apparent from the First Information Report itself that the main occurrence is said to have taken place on 01.03.2025 after which a Panchayati was held and no FIR was lodged. Further, it has been stated on 03.03.2025, the petitioners again threatened the informant side and hence, the FIR came to be lodged on 03.03.2025. It has been submitted that there is a case and counter case and the case lodged by the petitioner no. 1 was filed on the same day and was also earlier in point of time. Further, there is no injury report on record and it has been submitted that as a matter of fact the no one suffered any injuries in the said transaction. The bail rejection order also makes it clear that there is no injury report. Petitioners have no criminal antecedent.
5. Learned APP for the State has opposed the application for anticipatory bail.
6. Considering all the above mentioned facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioners in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction
