Petitioner is languishing in custody since 12.05.2015 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 342, 323, 324, 307, 379, 332, 333, 427, 504, 511 of the Indian Penal Code. The prosecution case is that the informant who is S.H.O. of Jokihat P.S. on informant being received on telephone that accident took place between truck and bullock cart and two persons have dead. Thereafter the informant went to the place of occurrence. Then the petitioners and others enquired about the dead body and when informant took the dead body to police station they attacked the police station and cause injury to the informant and tried to snatch the arms of the police

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that protest was made by the mob, since the injured without being taken to hospital were taken to the police station and the police in order to save their own skin lodged the present case. Statement has been made in para-3 of the petition that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria in connection with Joki Hat P.S. Case no. 121 of 2015.
