This writ application has been filed for seeking a direction to the Central Board of Secondary Education to change the name of the petitioner in her all records maintained by the Central Board of Secondary Education and issue a fresh marks sheet and other certificate of Class-X examination, 2017. Her name, as recorded in the marks sheet and other records, is Shristi Sharma and she wants to add her alias name Ishana Ratnayak Sharma in the said certificate.

Patna High Court CWJC No.22626 of 2018 dt.06-12-2018 2/2 It is not pleaded that the petitioner's name was wrongly recorded. It is rather her case that she wants to add alias name with the name as entered in the records and certificates. Such a relief cannot be granted by this court.

This application appears to be misconceived which is accordingly dismissed.
