The petitioner is in custody in a case registered under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant has alleged that on 8.4.2015 at about 9 P.M. the informant parked his motorcycle in front of his house and went to his house he did not find his vehicle there and even after search the same could not be traced out. On behalf of the petitioner, it has been submitted that the petitioner is in custody since 14.4.2015. It is further submitted that charge sheet has been submitted in this case. The petitioner is not named in the FIR. It is further submitted that the petitioner may be released after completion of six months in

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.27132 of 2015 (2) dt.28-07-2015 2/2 custody from 14.4.2015.

On behalf of the State, it has been submitted that the name of the petitioner has come in course of investigation. Considering the facts aforesaid, let above named petitioner be released on bail, after completion of six months in custody from 14.4.2015, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Darbhanga in Bahadurpur P.S.Case No. 98 of 2015.
