JUSTICE AJAY KUMAR TRIPATHI ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 01-04-2015 Except for bald denial of the explanation and a makebelieve kind of explanation for lesser number of children being available in the school on the date of inspection, there is nothing cogent, which has been offered in terms of explanation with regard to running of the Centre. In fact, the findings are that this is a Centre which is non- functional for all practical purposes. If this is the position then nothing less than the order of removal may do and that is the order, which has been passed and upheld even by the appellate authority.
