Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State.

The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 467, 468, 471, 420 and 120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code, registered in connection with Bhakhtiyarpur P.S.Case No.338 of 2017.

As per allegation, an order of Anchaladhikari was obtained mutating the names of the accused Janardhan Singh and Narmdeshwar Singh on the disputed land. The present petitioner is Rajasva Karamchari and there is allegation against him that in his collusion, co-accused Janardhan Singh and Narmdeshwar Singh got their names mutated on the land belonging to the informant.

By drawing my attention towards the order of C.O. and DCLR annexed with the bail petition, the learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the revenue authority has mutated the names of Janardhan Singh and Narmdeshwar Singh

He is Rajasva Karamchari and he is duty-bound to collect revenues from the person whose name has been entered in the revenue records. He has submitted further that the petitioner is a person of clean antecedents.

Considering the above facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks from the date of communication of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M. Barh in connection with Bhakhtiyarpur P.S.Case No.338 of 2017, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr. P.C. Office shall ensure that all defects are removed by the petitioner within the stipulated time as provided hereinabove, failing which the matter shall be brought to the notice of this Court.
