1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1(i) To issue a writ in the nature of certiorari for quashing the office order as contained in Memo no. B-3/OAH/HJP/2021-22/Part/34 dated 03.04.2023 whereby the petitioner has been allotted Type-II quarter in place of TypeIII as he is entitled for the same under the facts and circumstances of this case.
(ii) To issue a writ in the nature of mandamus for directing upon the concerned respondents to allot Type -III quarter as he is entitled for the same under the fact and circumstances of this

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the respondent-authorities for redressal of his subsisting grievances, if any. Liberty so sought is granted.
3. The present writ petition stands dismissed as not pressed.
