Petitioner happens to be indulged in alluring the minors and throwing them under prostitution since before as is evident from para-3 of the petition which speaks the status of petitioner to an accused in Gaya Kotwali PS Case No.196/2011 under different Sections of Immoral Trafficking Act as well as IPC. Even during course of bail, she has again been arrayed as an accused, in the present case, with similar kind of allegation on account of recovery of so many minors who were forced to prostitution.

That being so, for the present, I do not see it a fit case for grant of bail. The prayer for bail is rejected. The learned lower Court is directed to expedite the
