2. This is an application for quashing of the F.I.R. bearing Tankuppa P.S. Case No. 06 of 2024 registered for the offences under Sections 498A, 342, 323, 504, 379, 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw this application with liberty to raise all the points at an appropriate stage in the trial.
