The petitioner is languishing in custody since 25.10.2014 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324 and 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The prosecution case is that the petitioner was quarreling with one Baban Paswan the cousin brother of the informant when the informant and his elder brother Sonu Rawani tried to pacify the dispute. Sanjay Paswan caught hold the hand of Sonu Rawani and petitioner caused teeth bite injury to Sonu Rawani when the mother of the informant came to rescue then the petitioner pushed her as a result she fell down on the road and died.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.14971 of 2015 (02) dt.23-06-2015 2/2 It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the post-mortem report does not reflect any internal or external injury and the victim being aged lady died natural death.

A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad in connection with Rafiganj P.S. Case No. 160 of 2014.
