The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Saur Bazar P. S. Case No. 73 of 2016 registered under Sections 272, 273 and 290 of the Indian Penal Code and 47(a) of the Excise Act.

Regard being had to the nature of allegation, the petitioner, who is in custody since 05.03.2015, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saharsa in Saur Bazar P. S. Case No. 73 of 2016.
