The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Supaul P.S. Case No.187 of 2018 registered under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering that name of the petitioner transpired in course of investigation in commission of the alleged robbery as also recovery of the SIM being used by the petitioner, which belonged to the victim and the criminal antecedent of the petitioner as disclosed in paragraph no.3 of the petition, I am not inclined to grant him bail at this stage even though he is in custody since 02.01.2019. The application is dismissed. However, if the trial of the case would not be concluded within six months from the date of framing of charge,
