Petitioner is in custody in connection Excise Case No. 482 of 2019 arising out of Gamharia Sadar P.S. Case No. 62 of 2019 for the offence under section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act, 2016.

In the instant case total 33.570 liters of liquor was seized.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 30.3.2019.

Considering the fact that petitioner has no criminal antecedent, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner, named above, be enlarged on bail on
