2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Section 467 of the Indian Penal Code registered in connection with Complaint case No. 54 C/2013.

3. It is submitted that the petitioner being a witness to the relevant sale deed has been falsely implicated. It is further submitted that the stand of the petitioner is far better footing than co-accused Sunil Thakur and Gopal Thakur who sold their land, have been granted anticipatory bail by a Coordinate Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 29221 of 2015.

4. Having regard to the entirety of the facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of the petitioner's arrest or

No.29611 of 2015 (2) dt.28-07-2015 2/2 surrender before the court below within six weeks from the date of communication of this order, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai, in connection with Complaint Case No.54 C of 2013, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) Cr.P.C.
