JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 02/ 18.05.2016 It is pointed out by learned counsel for the petitioner that in the original petition name of the village and police station have wrongly been typed as Sinduwa and Marasbigha in place of Sendhwa and Parasbigha and the same defect has occurred in order no.2 dated 29.9.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. no. 45188/2015. Learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to make necessary correction in the original petition within course of the day and similarly, in order no.2 dated 29.9.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. no. 45188/2015 in place of village Sinduwa, police station Marasbigha, it be read as village Sendhwa police station Parasbigha. Accordingly, the above stated order dated 29.9.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. no. 45188/2015 stands modified to the above stated extent.
