The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Chainpur P.S. Case No.189 of 2015 registered under Section 366A of the Indian Penal Code.

Regard being had to the direct and specific allegation made against the petitioner by the victim, a minor girl aged about thirteen years, that he not only forcibly abducted her, but also ravished her, I am not inclined to grant him bail. Accordingly, the prayer for bail is rejected.

The learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kaimur at Bhabua, is directed to commit the case of the petitioner to the Court of Sessions for trial. Once the case is committed to the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.21715 of 2016 (2) dt.19-05-2016 2/2 Court of Sessions, the Sessions Judge, Kaimur at Bhabua is directed to proceed with the trial on day-to-day basis. Let a copy of the order be communicated to the Sessions Judge, Kaimur at Bhabua.
