That with respect to statement made by the petitioner in Para -2 & 3, it is humbly submitted that, in this respect a detailed statement has already been mentioned in above Paragraph, however it is submitted that amount of Group Insurance Rs.1,55,144; amount of Leave Encashment of Rs.2,81,670/-; amount of General Provident Fund Rs.6,80,523/- has already been paid to the petitioner besides 90 percent of provisional pension is being given to the petitioner."
