JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 03-08-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner being husband of the complainant is in jail custody since 11.03.2015 in a complaint case in which cognizance has been taken for the offences punishable under Sections 498 A of the Indian Penal Code and 3⁄4 of D.P. Act. It would appear from perusal of the complaint petition that marriage of the petitioner was solemnized with the complainant in the year 2005 and the illegal demand was made after two years of the marriage. Moreover, it would also appear from the impugned order that during pendency of the matter, the

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Purnea in connection with Complaint Case No. 1797 of 2008.
