JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER 14-09-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Amit Prakash, learned G.A.13 assisted by Mr. Ravi Bhardwaj, learned A.C. to G.A.-13 representing the State.
A supplementary counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of respondent nos. 2 to 5. Perusal of the same shows that now the Accountant General, Bihar has issued revised P.P.O. dated 09.07.2020 which has been received by the answering respondent on 06.08.2020. Revised gratuity of Rs. 1,32,134/-
Patna High Court CWJC No.15250 of 2017(5) dt.14-09-2020 2/2 has already been paid and now learned counsel for the petitioner accepts that payments have already been made. Hence, this writ application has become infructuous.
It is being disposed of accordingly.
In case the petitioner will have any grievance with respect to the quantum, he may make representation in that regard to the competent authority within eight weeks from today and the same will be looked into and considered by the competent authority within three months from the date of submission of the representation.
