In this case, the petitioner is seeking bail in connection with Mojahidpur P.S. Case No. 20 of 2016 registered for offences under sections 341, 324, 307, 120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code and section 27 of the Arms Act.

Allegation has been made against the petitioner to have caused fire arms injury which has been corroborated by the injury report.

There is a direct allegation against the petitioner. Submission has been made, the informant is the tenant and on that account, he has roped the petitioner in the present case. As there is a direct allegation made by the informant,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.23486 of 2016 (2) dt.30-05-2016 2/2 in such view of the matter, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this petition is rejected. However, liberty is given to the petitioner, he may renew his prayer for bail after one year custody.
