Patna High Court MJC No.3099 of 2017 dt.06-08-2019 2/3 ORAL JUDGMENT Date : 06-08-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned AC to AAG 15 for the State.
2. The petitioners have moved the Court alleging noncompliance of the order dated 27.09.2016 passed in CWJC No. 8971 of 2014. The writ petition was disposed off by the following order:
"These petitioners will move the Director, Primary Education, Government of Bihar, with regard to their grievance, which will be considered and a decision be communicated within three months thereof.
Writ application stands disposed off, accordingly."
3. The only direction issued was to the petitioners to move before the Director, Primary Education with regard to their grievance and the same was to be considered and decision communicated within three months thereof.
4. In the show cause filed on behalf of the opposite party no. 3, copy of order dated 11.03.2019 has been brought on record which has been passed on the representation filed by the petitioners on 22.11.2016.
5. In view thereof, the order of the Court having been complied with, the application stands disposed off.

6. However, it shall be open to the petitioners to challenge the order dated 11.03.2019, in accordance with law, before the appropriate forum.
