The petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Isuapur P.S. Case No. 57 of 2019 registered under Sections 30, 38, 41 of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise Amendment Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the seizure of illicit liquors has been made from the field of Sachidanand Singh. There is no recovery of any illicit liquor from the conscious possession of the petitioner, and petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

No one appears on behalf of the State to oppose the anticipatory bail of the petitioner.

No.38797 of 2019(3) dt.20-09-2019 2/2 is no recovery of any illicit liquor from the conscious possession of the petitioner and the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent, in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks, let the above-named petitioner be enlarged on bail furnishing bail bond of Rs. 15,000/- (Rupees Fifteen Thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge - IX - cum Special Judge (Excise), Saran, in connection with Isuapur P.S. Case No. 57 of 2019, subject to condition prescribed under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
