Case No. 371 of 2014 for the offences instituted under Section 395 of the I.P.C. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.
The prosecution case is that the truck loaded with refine edible oil was robbed. Edible oil and other articles were recovered from under construction rice mill of co-accused Dhananjay Kumar Singh @ Chhotu Singh on confession of Sunny Kumar Singh. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 24.03.2015 and the charge sheet has been submitted in the present case. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Bhojpur at Ara in connection with Jagdishpur P.S.
