JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 20-08-2019 After notice the respondent Nos. 6 and 7 have appeared and filed counter affidavit. In their counter affidavit, they have stated that the recommendation of the Selection Committee with regard to the petitioners has been sent to the University but the University is sitting tight over the matter and, as such, the petitioners have not been granted the benefit of grant-in-aid. They have further stated that as soon as the approval is accorded by the University, the petitioners would be paid the benefit of grant-in-aid.

Considering the aforesaid, the writ petition is disposed of with the direction to the Veer Kunwar Singh University to take appropriate decision with regard to approval of the selection made by the Governing Body of the College and take appropriate decision at the earliest preferably within a period of sixty days from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order and thereafter the Managing Committee of the College will take appropriate decision as indicated in the counter affidavit filed on behalf of Respondent Nos. 6 and 7 within a further period of 15 days thereafter.
