The petitioner seeks bail in Sahebpur Kamal P.S. Case No. 59/2015, registered for the offences punishable under Section 20, 22, 23 and 25 of the NDPS Act.

The police recovered a Bolero vehicle in which 25kg Ganja were recovered. The Ganja and vehicle bearing registration no. BR-9G-4504 was seized. The petitioner was not apprehended on the spot. He was arrested on 10.02.2015 and he is said to have confessed that he was the driver of the vehicle. Except the confession, there is no material to show the complicity of the petitioner and the fact that the petitioner was driving vehicle. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of
