2. The petitioner is in custody since 26.03.2016 in connection with Rampur P.S. Case No. 95 of 2016 for the alleged offences under Sections 414, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated as he has no concern with the motorcycle in question.

4. Considering however, the specific accusation that the motorcycle in question was recovered from the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant the privilege of bail to the petitioner. The bail petition stands dismissed.
