The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Bagaha P.S. Case No. 84/2019 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 147/341/323/379/354/354(B)/504 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the main allegation against the petitioner is of assaulting on the mouth and so far as the allegation under Section 354 and 354(B) are concerned, it is against one Amit Sahani and not this petitioner.

In view of the aforementioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above named be released on

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No. 33225 of 2019(2) dt.20-05-2019 2/2 bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-I, Bagaha (West Champaran), in connection with Bagaha P.S.
