Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the writ application was withdrawn with liberty to approach BIADA under its Amnesty Policy, 2025 but it appears that due to inadvertence and typographical mistake in the order dated 20.11.2025 the writ petition has been dismissed as withdrawn simplicitor.
