JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 15-07-2022 The short prayer of the petitioner in the present writ petition is to direct the Circle Officer, Choraut, Sitamarhi i.e. the respondent no. 4 to conclude the pending Encroachment Case No. 1 of 2019-20 by passing final order u/s 6(1) of the Bihar Public Land Encroachment Act, 1956.
Having regard to the short prayer made by the petitioner in the present writ petition, the Respondent no.4 is directed to pass final orders in the pending Encroachment Case No.
Patna High Court CWJC No.659 of 2021(2) dt.15-07-2022 2/2 1 of 2019-20, in accordance with law, after hearing the effected parties within a period of eight weeks of receipt/ production of a copy of this order.
