The petitioner apprehend their arrest in connection with Bihpur (Bhawanipur) P.S. Case No. 90/2019 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341/323/307/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that there is case and counter case between the parties with injuries having inflicted on both the sides. It was further submitted that the said injuries alleged to have been inflicted, have been found to be simple in nature and that the petitioners are having no criminal antecedent.

In view of the aforementioned facts and

No.33209 of 2019(2) dt.20-05-2019 2/2 circumstances, let the petitioners above named be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned J.M. 1st Class, Naugachia, Bhagalpur, in connection with Bihpur (Bhawanipur) P.S. Case No. 90/2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C. (Anjana Mishra, J) Saif/- U T
