The petitioner is an accused in a case registered under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 471, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code and 3 / 4 Bihar Examination Act.
Accusation is that in the examination of Central Selection Board of Constable, in the name of Admit Card of the petitioner other person was found sitting in the Examination Hall who on query disclosed his name as Suraj Kumar and admitted his guilt about sitting in Examination Hall on taking Rs. 30,000/-. Submission is that the petitioner is in custody since 02.04.2016 and he has no criminal antecedent. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the

No.20795 of 2016 (2) dt.19-05-2016 case, let, above named petitioner, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M.,Bhagalpur in connection with Kotwali (Adampur) P.S.Case No. 764 of 2014 & G.R. No. 4042 of 2014. Out of two sureties, one surety must be the close relative of the petitioner, who will file an affidavit showing his relationship with the petitioner.
