The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under section 307 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code and section 27 of the Arms Act. The petitioner and other accused persons are alleged to have surrounded the informant and the petitioner fired which hit on the shoulder of the informant.

It is submitted that the doctor found simple injury caused by fire arm. Petitioner is in jail since 18.02.2015 i.e. for about six months. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. Considering the facts aforesaid, let the petitioner above named be directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like
