JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 08-07-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the state. The present application has been filed for modification of order dated 13.5.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 34475 of 2014 for correcting the Sessions Case number as Sessions Case No. 211 of 2013 arising out of Jhajha Rail PS Case No. 15 of 2008 instead of Sessions Trial No. 24 of 2013. The said mistake perpetuated in the order due to wrong mentioning in the petition.

Learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to make correction in the main petition.

The order dated 13.5.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 34475 of 2014 stands modified to the extent that the Sessions Case number be read as Sessions Case No. 211 of 2013 arising out of Jhajha Rail PS Case No. 15 of 2008.
