The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Karpi P.S. Case No. 144 of 2016, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 472 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of petitioner submitted that similarly situated co-accused persons have been granted bail by different Co-ordinate Benches of this court vide order dated 19.05.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 16472 of 2017 and order dated 31.01.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 40373 of 2017. The case of petitioner is on similar footing. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above-

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.37394 of 2019(3) dt.21-08-2019 2/2 named, in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Arwal in connection with Karpi P.S. Case No. 144 of 2016, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
