JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 17-08-2019 Petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with U.T. Case No. 40 of 2019, arising out of Revelganj P.S. Case No. 39 of 2017 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 323, 379, 307 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

This case has been filed making allegation against the petitioner that he was order-giver and also there is allegation of snatching of money.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that in this case final form has been submitted against the petitioner but learned Magistrate took cognizance against him on protest petition. Further submission is that even from FIR there is nothing against the petitioner except that he was order-

In view of above facts and circumstances, let petitioner, in the event of arrest or surrender, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-14, Saran at Chapra, in connection with U.T. Case No. 40 of 2019, arising out of Revelganj P.S. Case No. 39 of 2017, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. and further condition is that one of the bailors of the petitioner shall be a local person having sufficient immoveable property within the jurisdiction of the court concerned.
