Petitioner seeks bail in Sakri P.S. Case No.199 of 2019 registered under Sections 25(1-b)a and 26 of the Arms Act. The informant (A.S.I. of Sakri P.S.) apprehended the petitioner and on search, recovered one loaded country made pistol along with magazine in which three cartridges were found.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that search and seizure was made at different place. The petitioner is in jail since 21.12.2019. The petitioner has remained in jail for about a year for recovery of one loaded country made pistol with live cartridges.

Taking into consideration the facts that the petitioner has already remained in jail for about a year for recovery of one
