A report has been received, which indicates that the trial has been stayed by this Court earlier and, therefore, could not be concluded. The matter is still pending for framing of charge though on the earlier occasion, it had been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the evidence has already been led and some witnesses have been examined. In view of the false submissions made by the petitioner earlier, I am not inclined to interfere with the order. The prayer for regular bail is rejected once again.
