JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 13-10-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. One country made loaded pistol along with one cartridge and some cash are said to have been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner. Petitioner carries criminal antecedent of some cases but petitioner is in jail custody since 31.07.2014 and up till now, charge could not be framed against him as it is evident from perusal of report of learned court below. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief
