The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 467 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner being a Panchayat Sachiv is alleged to have paid less old age pension to five persons and thereby the petitioner is said to have defalcated Rs. 500/-, for that the petitioner is in jail since 12.05.2015.

Considering the nature of allegation and the fact that the petitioner has already remained in jail for about three months, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two
