The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Section 307 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code and section 25 (1-b)a, 26 of the Arms Act.

The petitioner is alleged to have assaulted the informant and also bite him causing simple injury. The petitioner is in jail since 31.10.2014. The petitioner has already remained in jail for about 8 months. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nawada in connection with Roh P.S.Case No.69 of 2014.
