Petitioner was allegedly caught while he along with others were carrying stolen cows.
The contention on behalf of the petitioner is that petitioner had gone to the house of his relative from there, he was arrested by the police on mere suspicion and, as a matter of fact, nothing was recovered from his conscious possession.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as period of detention of the petitioner in jail custody, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur in Patepur P.S. Case no. 46/2015.
