2. At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the facts and the grounds petitioner is relying are similar to that of the petitioners in L.P.A. No. 301 of 2021.
3. Considering the aforesaid facts, the petitioner is directed to file a detailed representation in the light of L.P.A. No. 301 of 2021 before the respondent no. 4 (the Secretary, Bihar Public Service Commission, Jawaharlal Nehru Path,
Patna High Court CWJC No.8733 of 2020(7) dt.07-10-2024 2/2 Patna) along with all supporting documents within a period of eight weeks and the respondent no. 4 is well advised to consider the case of the petitioner after affording opportunity of personal hearing or through his counsel and pass a reasoned and speaking order in accordance with law.
