The petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 3 of the RP(UP) Act. The RPF apprehended three persons while they were breaking the CST plates. From the place of occurrence 12 pieces of CST plates and nine pieces of CST plates worth Rs. 15000/- were recovered. The petitioners are in jail since 11.05.2015.
Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioners above named are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Railway Judicial Magistrate, Barauni, Begusarai in Garahara R.P.F. Case No. 4 of 2015.
