JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 19-05-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.
The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sahebpur Kamal (S. Kamal) P.S. Case No. 416 of 2015 registered under Sections 25(1-B)(a) and 26 of the Arms Act.
According to the prosecution case, one country made pistol and two live cartridges were recovered from possession of the petitioner. Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.21691 of 2016 (2) dt.19-05-2016 2/2 In that view of the matter, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for bail is rejected. The learned Magistrate, before whom Sahebpur Kamal (S. Kamal) P.S. Case No.416 of 2015 is pending, is directed to hold the trial of the petitioner on day-to-day basis and conclude the same as early as possible.
