The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with C2 Case No. 229 of 2020 instituted for the offence under Sections 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act, 2016.
61.66 litres of liquor is said to have been recovered from a mound of garbage situated near the house of the petitioner.
This cannot be said to be the recovery of excisable items from the possession of the petitioner.
