JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 22-02-2021 Heard Mr. Hans Lal Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned APP for the State. The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with C2 Case No. 229 of 2020 instituted for the offence under Sections 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act, 2016.

61.66 litres of liquor is said to have been recovered from a mound of garbage situated near the house of the petitioner.

This cannot be said to be the recovery of excisable items from the possession of the petitioner.
